Functieomschrijving Als Project- en Implementatiespecialist bij Golfspot ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en coördineren van het implementatietraject voor nieuwe klanten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van klanten van A tot Z tijdens het implementatieproces, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele overgang naar ons systeem en een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Leiden van het implementatietraject van nieuwe klanten van A tot Z.
  • Assisteren bij planning, analyse en inrichting voor een optimale systeemconfiguratie.
